All images are copyright © Kennedy Bridge. Purchasing an image grants the buyer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for personal or commercial use. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the original digital file, whether modified or unmodified. 

Acceptable Uses

When you purchase an image, you may use it for:

• Personal projects and home decor
  
  

• Websites, blogs, and social media
  
  

• Book covers, album art, and digital publications
  
  

• Printed items such as posters, calendars, flyers, or brochures
  
  

• Marketing materials for a business or organization
  
  

• Commercial products as part of a larger design (for example: a book cover, website layout, or promotional material)
  
  

In short: if the image is part of something you’re making or promoting, you’re good.

Not Allowed

The following uses are not permitted:

• Reselling or redistributing the original digital file
  
  

• Uploading the image to stock photo sites or marketplaces
  
  

• Claiming authorship or copyright of the image
  
  

• Giving the file away for free or bundling it as a downloadable asset
  
  

• Selling the image by itself, even if it has been modified or resized
  
  

If the image itself is a product that you're selling, that's a hard no.
